MB specializes in children’s textile footwear manufacture. The company’s activity is focused on high quality, which distinguishes our product from Asian shoes. Each element of footwear starting from thread, edging and finishing on fabrics or footwear granules is subject to thorough testing in relation to children’s foot health. All the raw materials come from attested manufacturers mostly from Poland, Germany as well as France and Italy. Apart from the above, the manufacture process is subject to constant quality control.
In the last few years the machine park was enlarged from one to four DESMA injection molders, the sewing room was modernized and significantly enlarged. Currently there is also an operating sewing room in the nearby Nakle under the river Notec. In the meantime, modern cutters and cloth laminating machine were bought as well. To make the designed patterns of footwear more attractive the computerized embroidering and screen process printing department came into existence along with design workshop. Currently the company owns several TAJMA brand embroidery heads (Japanese).
